Cancellation Policy
My time is reserved especially for you, and I kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service price.
Late Policy:
A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or be considered a no-show in order to remain respectful of scheduled appointments.
No-Shows:
Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. All cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled. All services are non-refundable.
